The large knowledge base and experience of the Company in the vast spectrum of services provided on various highway projects has equipped it to demonstrate not only its ability to undertake project preparation and construction supervision assignments but also to undertake institutional development and strengthening projects enveloping enhancement of organizational capabilities in the road sector management, design, construction, road safety, financial management, operation and maintenance, asset management, contracting, training, staff development etc. Besides conducting a number of specialized training programmes for technology transfer and up gradation, the company has also undertaken assignments for road maintenance planning and management, preparation of maintenance manuals, contract documents, computerized systems development and MIS, quality management, private sector participation and so on. The company has undertaken a comprehensive study for the Institutional Development for U.P. State Road Project (A World Bank Project).
