A Board of Directors, consisting of a mix of eminent people from India and UK, both from technical and managerial background, governs SOWiL Limited.

With his management degree in Business Administration from Switzerland, provides necessary inputs to the Company for business development and management of projects undertaken by the Company. He has over 40 years experience in management of various Companies of SPBP Group including one construction Company for roads and bridges. He also holds 6 patents for design in the field of Plastic Packaging products.

Former Chairman Railway Board and was a Member of the Ist Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. He joined the Indian Railway Service of Engineers in 1961 and retired in 1997 as Principal Secretary to Govt. of India and Chairman Railway Board. During his tenure in the Railways, he held several important assignments such as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction) Bangalore, General Manager (Western Railway) and Member Engg. Railway Board.

He has more than 32 years of Corporate working experience in Civil Engineering. After his Masters in Civil Engineering from the Texas University, United States, he has held the post of CEO and Director in many leading corporates. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Company Since March, 2019 and has been promoted as the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f 01st April,2024.

He has more than 30 years of Corporate working experience in Finance/Taxation & Accounts. After completing his Masters in Commerce from Mumbai University he has worked in Corporates at management level. He has been the Chief Financial Officer & Secretary of the Company since June 2017 and has been promoted as the Director – Finance & Secretary w.e.f 01st April, 2024

After completing her early education in Mumbai, Ishira obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree at The University of Notre Dame, in the USA, in 2007. After graduating with a degree in Film and Television, Ishira pursued a career in communications and entertainment in Los Angeles, California. Her Hollywood career spans from development to production and casting to editing. She worked on award-winning television shows such as Private Practice and Mad Men, independent films such as B-Girl, and for esteemed fashion photographer Ash Gupta.

Quality Control and Quality Assurance are the hallmarks of all activities of the Firm. All employees of the Company are required to comply with the provisions of the laid down Quality Assurance System (QAS) and its implementing procedures. Specific Quality Assurance Plans, within the framework of Company's QAS, are drawn out at the very beginning of each assignment in consultation with the Client, whose representative is made a part of the QA setup.

To strengthen Company's ability and increasing the opportunity to offer comprehensive assistance and integrated services to Indian cities in matters related to Urban Transport including rail transit, SOWiL Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Company Limited, Chengdu to work together in India.

CREEGC is a major consultancy arm of China Railway Engineering Corporation, a fortune Global 500 Company which is a design and construction company under the Ministry of Railway, and is the largest non-petrochemical engineering consultancy services provider in China, which include:

CREEGC has a pool of valuable and experienced resource exceeding 5000 engineers in various disciplines including survey; detailed design in civil, structures, track, highways, electrification, project management; procurement and epc; and SOWiL can draw from this pool of experts for its consulting activities.

SOWiL Limited has an agreement with Research Institute of Highways, Beijing; under the Ministry of Communications; to provide their expertise and knowledge to Expressways and Highways networks in India.

SOWiL Limited has signed yet another MOU with an International Consultancy firm, namely Singapore Utilities International Private Limited for a strategic partnership to work together in the field of water supply and sanitation projects in the states of Kerala, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu in India. This valuable partnership will enable the company to strengthen its ability and increasing the opportunity to offer cutting edge technologies and expertise in building up modern infrastructure and management system for water and sanitation services.
